This special day encourages people to indulge the rich flavors of rum-infused cake, often enjoyed during festive occasions. Whether it's homemade or store-bought, rum cake is a delightful treat that brings friends and family together. Channel 4 asked me to come out to showcase this traditional dessert at the studio!

You can’t have a birthday party without cupcakes right! Three of these 323 cupcakes will have a golden ticket inside. The golden ticket will win you $100 worth of Detroit themed swag from Raise the Flag and Local 4. The cupcakes are custom made by a local Detroit baker known as Flavorful Creations, who regularly has a booth at Eastern Market.
